What VIIVERSION receives through this website and why.

Enquiries

When you submit the form, we store the name, contact details, company, task description, selected product and source page you provided. This is used to respond and handle the enquiry.

Analytics

We separately record referral source, UTM parameters, CTA and interest type. Your name, contact details and enquiry text are not sent to the analytics service.

Storage

Enquiries are stored in VIIVERSION infrastructure on Cloudflare. Access to stored leads requires separate administrative authentication.

Sharing

We do not sell enquiry data to third parties. If an external service is required for delivery, it is agreed separately.

Deletion

To request deletion or ask what information was submitted, contact us through a published VIIVERSION contact channel.

We map the customer journey, team workflow, data and integrations, then propose the system architecture and a first verifiable phase.

We record the source page and campaign, copy the enquiry text and open our primary contact channel. Name, contact details and enquiry text are not sent to analytics.
